I also use Velcro strip wrappped all the way around MTM boxes. In my pack I use a cartridge "wallet" type carrier. I also usually have a Triad stock pack with 5 extra rounds in that on the buttstock.

Best thing ever that works like a rubber band is to get one of you wife's hair bands that she uses for pony tails, etc. They are strong, elastic, and fabric covered (tough and doesn't dry rot.) May even find a pink one if that's what you're into. Just joking, but they are super tough and dependable for many things. If you're single, just look in Walmart in the women's hair products. They are like a dollar for several.
