I just bought the same gun. I'm picking up tomorrow or the next day. These are amazing rifles. They shoot as good as custom guns. They were designed to compete with high end customs but at a good price. That's probably why that went out of business. They didn't go out of business because their rifles weren't shooters for sure. If I hadn't already purchased the other rifle, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. Good luck to the seller but you should really change your mind and keep this one. Bump to the top!

They are a solid design. MRC had some serious management issues especially the owner before the last one. I have one of the actions from the very first run. I keep trying to justify adding this one to my safe...

Any specific components or parts you are looking for @VTbluegrass?

When I bought this rifle I was looking for an X2 or some other quality stainless barrel/ fiberglass stock in a short action because I didn't and still don't have a short action rifle. This one just kinda fell in my lap and I had just put in for the elk lottery like I do every year so I justified it with that. I don't elk hunt and went I do draw it will likely be bow or I'll take my 30-06. A short action to shoot at the range and our little whitetail here in NC is what I should have gotten and what I may trade for. Might go back on the components part, I probably should stay away from amassing rifle components for a build at the moment just because I just can justify the expense of a semi custom rifle build until I am done paying the equivalent of my mortgage to the daycare.
