In response to your question if you like the Mod 7 ss
I would recomend ether a 7-08 or a 7 saum but if you
want to go with the 7 wsm the Rem short action has a longer
port. not that it would not work but the wsm is longer and
would be more awkward.
The 7 saum in a mod 7 would be a great choice and with
120 gr bullets it is possible to reach 3350 fps.
Again just my opinion.
