MOA to CM

I have just changed my Nightforce for a Zeiss, the only problem is I didn't realise that the Zeiss has CM adjustments.
Rather than go through the rigmaroll of drop charts again, is there a calculation for converting MOA into CM.

1 mil = 10 cm at 100 meters = 3.438 MOA.
