measuring length of pull?

Thanks buffalobob, the gun is a Model 7.Im looking at an HS to replace the rinky dink synthetic and the HS site gives LOP options.Thanks for the link. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
 
B64, Many smiths measure the LOP by measuring from the bent elbow from the joint to the finger tip bent like shooting position. Remember to allow for clothing for hunting. Most folks can shoot a short LOP better than long. Model 7 comes with a "youth" stock option which is even shorter than t he regular one. Always can shorten a stock with a good smith.
