This rifle is in excellent shape with only a few minor scratches in the Cerakote from normal use. Shoots lights out (like all McWhorters rifles). And can be had for half what it costs brand new in 2015. Beautiful 300 RUM that has exactly 162 shots on the barrel. Comes with the load data from McWhorters and 38 loaded rounds, as well as 62 twice fired pieces of Nosler brass. Also comes with a Thunderbeast CB30 brake, so it's ready for a suppressor (I used an Thunderbeast Ultra 7), but shoots great either suppressed or unsuppressed. Weight of the bare rifle with scope rail is exactly 7 lbs.
I bought this rifle in 2015 when I found out I drew a bull bison tag in WY and wanted something with more power than my 7mm Mag. I took a bison (506 yds) and a mt. goat (641 yds) in 2015, and a bull elk (460 yds) in 2016 with this rifle. All one shot and down. It's been sitting in my safe since the fall of 2016 as I'm mostly a deer hunter, and don't need this much power.
Price is $3350 for the rifle, loaded ammo (38 rds), and empty brass (62 pcs). Shipped in a hard case to your FFL. I will load the 62 rounds of empty brass for the buyer for $100 more if desired. Not looking for any trades.
