Exclusively 180 Berger VLD Hunting...I'm not sure about the twist rate - I'll check it later today. It's got about 220 rounds through it. I bought it new and have since moved to other guns and it sits in my safe, taking up space for something new and wonderful, you know

I have not but I bet it would shoot them very well! It shoots the 180's at about 3250 fps
