McMillan Game Hunter and a Medium Palma

Quick question. I'm a novice and in the process of gathering things for my first custom build. I am going with a McMillan Game Hunter for my Stock. I'm thinking of buying a medium Palma barrel that I have a line on. Two questions:

Will a medium Palma fit the Game Hunter?
If so, will it look goofy?
