What is sniperfill, and how heavy is this stock?

Mcmillans come in various fill weights, and I have heard them called all different names. These below are correct however.

In the A3 these are what can be expected plus or minus a couple of oz best I can figure.

Edge fill......... is the lightest and would weight around 31 oz
Sporter fill...... next in line 42 oz
Sniper fill....... 52 oz
Magnum fill.... 5-6 lbs depending

Sniper fill has a heavier feel to it and is comprised of bonded fiberglass and epoxies. The A3 depending on inlet usually falls right at 3lbs 4 oz with Sniper fill.

It is a very solid well built stock and helps reduce recoil and adds to stability.
