Hey I'm new to the forum, I live in Maryland and building guns/ long range shooting and hunting are a newer hobby of mine, I'm joining this group to learn as much as I can about long range hunting, reloading, rifle builds and optics, I'm also posting here to try to my Nightforce nxs 2.5-10, if anybody here has advice on a good scope for a long range hunting rifle I'd love some recommendations? I think I'll end up with a nx8 or atacr 4-16 from everything I've read so far
Here is a picture of the rifle I plan on putting it on, it started as a stock proof elevation, and then I decided to go another route and I purchased manners newish pro hunter stock ( which is awesome) and I popped in a Hawkins dbm since I wanted to switch over to mags, anyways glad to be here!
