Marks on cartridge

I am shooting a300 wsm factory loads precision hunter 200 grade ELDX.
I started having this weird mark at my neck of my cartridge and it's starting to be hard to open the bolt after I shoot. What would cause this?? New barrel go and no go perfect it started after approximately 150 rounds through new barrel

Which 'weird marks"? The squiggly ones top right?

Have you checked the neck with a borescope? Carbon build up?

Correct carbon build up.

Solid line.....looks like it's not sealing very well......annealing??

I have had an extremely accurate Benchrest that did this approximately 1/3 of the way down the neck. I checked with gunsmith and he said it wasn't an issue. Shot that barrel for about 2,000 rounds and used the same Lou brass the entire time. It was. 6BRX. If it shoots good I wouldn't personally worry about it if there are no other issues.

Can you look at the chamber of your rifle for any carbon or abnormalities?

How long since you cleaned it and made certain there is no carbon in the neck area?

Could you clean it well and try a different factory loading?
