It is bedded for a Defiance Short Action but will take any Remington 700/ 700 Clone Short Action. It is set up for HS Precision DMB Gen 2 Bottom Metal but will also take BDL Floor Plates. Has a 2 round Short Action Precision Match Saver bullet holder. 2 Front and 1 Back Sling Studs. Inlet for up to a #8 Contour Barrel. Color is Desert Sage Camo

What barrel is it inlet for?

It will fit up to a #8 Barrel! I had a #5 and had plenty of extra room.

Is it cut for an#8 right know or is it inlet for a #5? I know what the stock can be opened up to fit just looking to know what the actual inletting is know.

It is inlet for a #5 right now with plenty of room, I'd bet you could get a #7 in it right now without doing anything but to be safe I'm saying its inlet for a #5.
