Looking to line a .22 rimfire barrel

I plan to reline the barrel on an old .22 rimfire rifle. Plan to use the Redman liners from Brownells. I am looking for a piloted drill bit (final diameter should be .315" or 8mm) that I an rent if anyone here has one. This will most likely be the only time I use it and don't really want to spend over $100 for a bit to use only once. If anyone has one they would be willing to rent, or know of a place that I can rent one, please let me know.
