Looking for APA Bottom Metal Review

I'm interested in purchasing APA bottom metal, but curious if anyone has some feedback on them? I haven't seen many reviews and quite a few posts selling them. Didn't know if there was a reason so many have been up for sale.

Besides price, the biggest difference between the M5-style bottom metal is the magazine release design. You can find:

Paddle
Punji stick
Button (inside bow)
Tuning fork (blended with trigger bow, ambidextrous)
