Looking for an engraving machine.

I need to find a good used engraving pantograph of sorts for engraving calibers on barrels. I've used Hermes engravographs before and am curious as to what else might be out there that would accomplish the same thing. I like how the Hermes that I've used neatly scratches in the font I want without the use of an electric motor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What might be the least expensive option that'll do a decent job on the occasional stainless barrel from a hobbyist perspective?

I tried regular steel stamps on a piece of scrap and it didn't turn out so good.

Has anyone used one of these? Permanently Etch Metal Tools, Parts, With Trademarks In Seconds!
It almost sounds too good to be true.
