Long time reader, new poster in Florida panhandle

I have been reading and researching this site for several years. I cut my teach on LRH with a stock Weatherby Accumark in .30-378. I am now looking to convert it to .338 Lapua and take my next step into ELRH. I would appreciate any advise and guidance. I am also looking for a gunsmith that can do a complete conversion (barrel, bedding, blue printing) on this rifle as well and have posted a thread in the Gunsmithing section. I look forward to the guidance as I have solved most if not all my prior issues through reading threads on this site. Thank you in advance for those that have been and will be a resource in the future.
