long range rig weight?

hoping to get a rifle built sooner rather then later but im a little concerend on weight and would love to see what others have build that are under the 14-15 lbs absolute max with scope and bipod preferably. post pics, specs and anything that might help me. Rifle will be used mainly for hunting but would like to keep 1000 yard capabilites
