Has any one hunted Logan New Mexico area? any mule deer there, how about the quality of the bucks?

That part of the state has been under a pretty serious drought and the herds are hurting pretty badly. You might be able to find a few whitetail if you look hard. Do you have access to private land?

The whole state has been hit hard by the drought but if the land is NW of Logan you should be up in the trees at least.
