SOLD/EXPIRED Leupold VX5HD 3.5-15x44

I am wanting to sell a VX5HD 3.5-15x44. It's not a true duplex as it has hash marks on the reticle for windage but for elevation it has the duplex reticle for that part. No marks on the scope body or glass. It is in mint condition. Asking $800 shipped.

Are you the original owner? Does it come with the original box?

Yes. Original owner. I have the original box. But it's not the same scope that I bought. This scope is brand new. I sent the older scope to be repaired because it wasn't keeping point of aim. Instead of fixing it, they just sent me a brand new scope. They didn't have a duplex reticle in stock so they sent me one as close to it as they could. That's why there are no marks on the scope or glass. Literally brand new.

That's # 171715 with windplex reticle. I have 2 of them. Great price for an as NIB.

Correct! The original scope was a 171714. Which I have the box for. I shipped the original scope back to leupold to be fixed and they shipped this new scope back in the same box.

I actually like the windplex better now that I have looked through it. But I sold the rifle it was going to go on.
