tthis is a scope with a circular relief made into the objective for lower mounting. I can't figure out how to make an adjustment for windage. The windage turret has 2 knurled rings around it. The outer ring is like any other scope and unscrews to reveal the disk showing left, right and 1 click per centimeter but you can't get to it to turn it. Does anyone know what i need to do next to make an adjustment. Thank you.
