Leupold sues Nightforce over patent infringements

I am very familiar with the Nightforce Zero stop and not as much on the Leupold. I don't see how this could possibly be the same system or how it would infringe on any patents. Any experts on the matter feel like explaining? Why Go After Nightforce vs all the other Scope manufactures?

It is not the zero stop, it is the push button turret lock and a couple other improvements. Even the lens caps! Looks like a solid claim!
