How far can this actually range on a tree or animal? thanks

A lot farther than I can shoot. Living in Alabama, I've only ranged out to 400 yards. But have read online easily 1,200 yards.

I have the same model and I have ranged trees over 2k and the farthest I've tried ranging an animal (moo cows) was 1800 ish…. And it was fast… buildings, over 2500
