Kind of confused.... the energy on the G7 drag model is high??

I am going to start shooting my 6.5CM soon to break it in and zero... I am going to be using the 143gr ELD-X and I was running some charts. Looking at the G1 vs G7 drag models they are EXTREMELY different. I find it hard to believe that at 1000 yards the energy on the G7 model is 1145 ft-lbs versus the G1 model's 596 ft-lbs.

I am kind of leaning toward the G1 model being more accurate at least with energy estimates. Am i looking at this wrong? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Using the JBM calculator, I get 675 using G1 and 660 using G7.

Okay - so then I am doing something wrong, just have to figure out what that is. I'm using ballistic AE

Figured it out..... I was using the default G1 BC of 0.620 and running a G7 model chart.
