I have for sale my Kimber 84L Montana chambered in .280 Ackley Improved. The rifle will come with 50 pieces of fired Nosler brass (on it's 3rd firing). Vais brake installed by Short Action Customs from Wellington, Ohio.

The rifle has 150 rounds down the barrel since I purchased it. Ended up having a custom rifle built and just don't have a need for it anymore.

$1100 shipped is my price, total breakdown of all parts is as follows.

Rifle-$1179
Brake- $250
Brass- $75
RCBS .280 AI dies-$60

Rifle will also come with original box and packaging. Scope and rings not included.

How is the recoil??
I have had 2 different vias breaks, one was great and the other not so much.

The recoil before the brake was a awful, now I think it is comparable to my .243

I also have a Vais brake on my .308, it doesn't seem to do as much for the .308 as it did the .280.
