Purchased this 2700 in October in preparation for a OIL elk tag. Works perfectly. I think it's a great hunting Kestrel. Simple to use. Very accurate weather and ballistic solutions out to about 800 yards. Shot a nice bull at 550 in the wind thanks to this gadget.
best of all it gave me accurate temperature readings in camp so I could tell how effective my tent mr buddy heater was. About 30 degrees if you're curious.
