John Gallagher?

I'm new on here so I'm trying to learn as much as I can about long range hunting. My question is ... Do any of you know John Gallagher from Jasper, Alabama? He built a 7mm Rem. Mag for me about 8 years ago and it shoots almost in the same hole at 100 yards. Is he well known for building rifles?
