ISO 300 WSM

Looking for a 300 WSM for a friend. He's looking to spend around 800 or less. He's not a hand loader and isn't looking for a 1/4 moa gun. Any help would be appreciated.

Browning X-Bolt 300 WSM White Gold Medallion, Boyd's Platinum Royal laminate stock, ribbon scale engraving, Pachmayr pad, 13 3/4" lop, stock fit by Alamo Precision, pillar and skim bedded, matte stainless 23" 1 in 10" twist barrel, reworked factory trigger set at 2lbs 13. 9 oz, it will possibly go lower, I just haven't played with it enough. I put a set of stainless sling swivel studs on it after I took the pictures. Includes a DNZ 215 Tactical 30mm medium mount.
