Installing Turrets on Regular Scope

I have been searching the internet and have not found any turrets that can be placed on a scope with normal screwdriver adjustments. Is this because they are not made? Any help would be apprecheated.

What scope are you trying to put turrets on?

You are going to laugh, but until im ready to drop some money on a good scope im keeping my Tasco 4-16x50. Its been a great little scope.
