McMillan HTG
Olive
Standard LOP
700 BDL Short Action
Just a shave over 2.5# on my scales (Magnum Fill?)
Previously skim bedded
Pillar bedded
2 stainless studs

#8 Krieger fits nicely, but I bought the stock second hand and I'm just not familiar enough with these heavy barrel contours to speak with certainty about the barrel inlet.
$400 OBO
McMillan Hunter's Edge
700 BDL LA
Olive
Standard LOP
Never bedded
Pillar bedded
#3 Shilen (Remington Mag is very close)
2 blued studs
1" Decel
$525 OBO
Remington Mountain Rifle SPF
I opened the barrel chanel up to a Shilen #3. It looks pretty OK. I did round the edges of the barrel channel somewhat. Not ideal, but not terrible. I stripped the shine off and oil rubbed it...then wet-sanded it out nicely with 600 grit paper. Its pretty glass-like, smooth.
Factory pad.
$75 OBO
Remington VS take-off. I call it a "Sendero SA". Not sure if it is a BC or HS. I had a smith replace the factory pad with a grind-to-fit Limbsaver. Varmint barrel channel. No palm swells.
