hsm remanufactured ammo

So before the shortage I saw these remanufactured rounds that piqued my intrest because they had Berger bullets but I'm just wondering about the quality of these rounds any advice at all would be helpful

Not a Berger fan but I've had good luck with HSM (IQ Metals) in the past on 338 Lapua/Lapua with 250 Sierra's.

But then I like Lapua bvrass.
