How far can a fixed parallax rifle scope be shot accurately? - Writer no longer needed.

We're looking for someone to write an article explaining how far a typical rifle scope can be shot accurately when it doesn't have an adjustable parallax.

I envision the writer doing some shooting and testing with more than one scope and explaining the results.
