Honest and good Gunsmith

Greetings to the masses,
I am new to the forum and actually this is my first one I have ever joined, thus far it looks great!

I am in search of a competent gunsmith who is capable of addressing my needs with regards to correctly matting a rem 700 LA action with a new Lilja barrel.

Does anyone know a one that can do this at a fair price and a decent turn around time?
