I have 2 Win Mod 70' for friends here in 325 WSM. Lightweight rifles with a very thin barrel (could be my problem}. I can't seem to get them to shoot using 200 gr Accubonds. Research indicated H4350 as go to powder. I have tried loads from 62.5 to 65.5 grains and get nothing but 1 1/2 to 2" groups. Tried H4831sc. Same group size but 200 fps less velocity. I am using 71.0 gr of RL26 in my 300 WSM but its built on a long action and the COAL is .42" longer than the 325 WSM and I can't find any load data for RL26 and the 200 gr bullets for standard short action rifles. I am not sure where to start with this powder in the 325. I do have some RL17 as well but haven't located load data for 200 grainers in the 325WSM.
Anyone here have any thoughts or loads for RL17 or RL26 with the 200 gr pills in the 325WSM?

I am loading 65 gr of IMR 4350 in mine with the 200 gr accubond. OAL is 2.880. And it shoots under .75" groups at 100 yards. My rifle is a browning xbolt. You might try different seating depths to see if it tightens up any.

Try 220gr Sierras and R17. 1/2" accuracy out of a Kimber and speeds only 50-75fps behind the 200s. The better BC evens out the performance.

i have had good results using RL-19 and RL-17 using 180gr ballistic tips and 200gr accubonds 2.86" coal for accubonds the 200gr partitions liked RL-19 better though. these were all shot out of my a-bolt

My Savage model 16 325 WSM likes this combination:

Nosler 200 gr Accubond, 64.7 gr Reloder 17, CCI 250 primer, 2.870 C.O.L, .020" to the lands, 2904 fps, ES7, SD4, 0.457" group @ 100yds.

I also shoot 180 gr Accubonds out of a Tikka 300 WSM with .302" to the lands.

They seem to like being short seated.

I just looked at my load development log again and the best I could get with H4350 and the Nosler 200 gr Accubond was 1.25" at 100 yards seated .020 off the lands. I believe that's when I switched to RL 17.
