HELP building a Savage model 10

What I have is a Savage model 10 308win with the accu trigger , what I want is a 300 short action ultra mag, my question is what do I need to make this happen do I just need a barrel and bolt or a different gun? Oh yeah with out spending alot of money .


was thinking of trading it or selling it but I have no idea how many rounds have been shot down the tube or what its worth
