Hello New Guy Here

I'm a long time shooter and while I've shot some at 600 yards it was just friendly plinking. Hoping to learn from the folks here. I've had some training as a gunsmith, but wound up spending 42 years as an aircraft mech (A&P). I shoot black powder, big bore hand guns, precision air guns and of course some modern cartridge rifles and long barrel handguns. Some of you might recall the "star wars" pistols such as the XP-100. Anyway, I've been lurking and reading the list for a while and I'm impressed by the generally courteous, knowledgeable posts. I'm in NV south of Las Vegas.
