Just finished registering........new to site. I'm a long time shooter but didn't know this site existed until my son introduced me to it. Long range shooting has always interested me and I look forward to learning more about it. Just scrolled down and noticed an article on hunting Bobcats....really look forward to reading that one as I want to bag one.
First question I would like to ask is: when your shooting may occur anywhere between 100 and 300 yards, is it best to sight in your scope at 100 yards or 50 yards? (have always used 100 but just read an article advocating 50). Thanks for any advice.
