Was born and raised in Corning. Got out when I enlisted in 2001 and haven't looked back. Come back to visit once in a while. Parents still live in Corning, one brother lives in Willows and the other in Chico.

Hi, my name is Wendell Lower and have lived in Northern California my entire life.
Left for 2 years to serve in the United States Army.
I enlisted into a 2 by 6 enlistment, 2 years active and 6 years reserve.

Thank you to our current Active Duty soldiers!
I returned home, married my high school sweetheart, and raised our family within a mile of where each of us grew up.
