I built this rifle a couple years ago to shoot FTR. Found out it wasn't for me. Custom built .308 win on 700 action with less than 300 rounds fired. Barrel is 26 inch 1 in 10 twist, and shoots 175 very well. McMillan A-5 with adj. cheek. Jewell trigger, and glued in single shot follower. This rifle is not a repeater, but could be easily inletted for your preferred bottom metal. It has two studs up front and one stud in rear. I removed one of the front studs and the rear stud and have misplaced them. Action and barrel are teflon coated, very few handling marks.

I honestly can't speak for this particular rifle, but I've owned a Hart Rifle barreled Wby. Vanguard (Howa Action) in a fibermark stock converted to 7mm-08 Remington that will run circles around full custom guns! I sent them the rifle, they installed a #4 22" barrel, bedded the action flawlessly, installed a Timney trigger and it will shoot just about any hand load I work up under 3/8" -1/2" groups!
