Gun Dry Fires inside Safe

So i was putting a rifle back into my safe which is kinda tight on the bottom with the scopes and stocks criscrossing and i had to scoot one around a bit and the bolt handle hit the trigger of the one beside it and caused it to dry fire..Thankfully it didn't have a charged missile in the pipe.
I thought it was a good reminder to me cause i tend to just get in the habit of practicing safety without thinking about what and why i am actually doing it.
We can't be to carefull when it comes to gun handling. Have a Blessed Day Friends

I always lower the firing pin before putting guns away. Allows the spring to relax more. Just my way of doing it.

I ensure all chambers are empty with no magazines installed, and visually inspect it again before I lower the striker, firing pin, etc before putting it in storage (gunsafe). Firearms for protection are different, but aren't stored in the gunsafe. They are unloaded and doublechecked before they go into the safe.
