A few weeks ago i ordered and got my 11 1/2 Kenetrek 1000 boots. Ordered my size and when they got here they were just right size without any socks on . Bummer!!! Called Len and he said we will take care of that, and he did. Told me to call factory and get a size 13.
They just came and i have them on with my heavy weight socks and they fit great. to top it off. you know how most company's ask you to buy another pair. Not with Len!! He just got the job done, and i have the boots. What a class act!! Highly recommend this group to anyone who wants quality products and an accommodating staff.
