Lots of good quotes- here is one of them that struck me as entirely true-

And the signal will be that certain species will always remain on the list—that science and biology can easily be displaced by judicial environmentalism. All of these are conservation incentive-busters."
This is one of the truly dangerous side-effects of judicial activism of all kinds- it circumvents reality and allows those with political connections to make decisions that they are absolutely NOT qualified to make.
