Gempro 250 doesn't seem normal

Picked up my new gempro 250 today and noticed that the tray wasn't perfectly level. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think this is right. I think I have a problem with my scales

Any help will be appreciated

Call the place you bought it from. They will help you out. The tray should be level.

Definitely not normal. I would remove the screw and see if the arm is level. I had an issue when I first received mine and they helped me through it over the phone.
