I am selling my Mark 4. Leupold item number 65495. It has the excellent TMR reticle and it is located in the First Focal Plane which allows range estimation at any power setting.
This scope has only been to the range, not hunted with and is in excellent shape.
Tracks perfectly/repeatably.
2" sunshade and Butler Creek Caps included as is the box and paperwork.
Rings not included.
You can save a couple hundred bucks vs a new one.

The level is the little cheap B-Square. They run for about 11 bucks on sale at Midway.

It hasn't been an issue for me. I use my calculator to convert mils to moa if I am using the reticle for ranging.
