Im a NC resident but purchase guns all the time at the Hillsville flea market FTF. My brother is a Va resident but then that would be him purchasing it for me so there ya go.

Louis, Unless you are a Virginia resident, I would have to go through an FFL to transfer the barreled action to you. I'm not sure meeting in Wytheville would help any, other than being able to see it before you bought it. If you are a Va resident then we can work something out.

What is the best you could do if I met you in Wytheville? Wouldn't ask you to make a special trip; just next time you were in town. Wytheville is about 40 minutes away. I am near Mouth of Wilson.
