I purchased this upper about a year ago for a SBR project that never came to be.

As soon as I bought the upper I replaced the hand guards with Black hawk quad rail hand guards.

This upper is like BRAND NEW. I Put maybe 20 rounds down the tube when I initially got it to make sure it functioned as it should and it has been in the safe ever since.

Time to move it.

The upper was 600.00 bucks and the quad rail was 140.00

I'll let this go for 550.00 TYD Paypal Preferred.

Would this have to be built into a pistol?

Either as a pistol, or with the proper paperwork, it can be built as a short barreled rifle(SBR).
