This tool is bench mounted or mounted to a board that is clamped to a bench. It anchors with two #8 screws. You can lean into this tool with more pressure that you can with hand held tools. Very smooth bearings with a soft plastic cover to the aluminum handle. The cutter can be removed and replaced. Cutters are available from Sinclair or Forster. Heavy duty construction.
