? for swaro Z-5 owners

I have a Z-5 BT. Is it normal for the ballistic rings to be so tight as they are very hard to get off ? The top one comes off fine. But the next 2 ...I mean I have to use a small tool to begin prying them off . I have tried a bit of gun oil but no help. I did buy this used a yr ago and the problem was there and just dealt with it.

Forgot to mention I have a z-6 I and it's rings slide off nicely.

I have or have used 4 of these type swaro scopes in the last year and all pull right off. Call swaro they will fix it.
