Surgeon action kills your budget. They are nice though.
i just mentioned what I would do if it was my money. Lots of options out there. I prefer cut rifle barrels though I don't have scientific proof they are better. Since they dont need stress relieved after rifleing and they are precision cut vs a mandrel being run through the bore. Lots of people get great accuracy out of button rifled barrels just telling you my preference.
