These benches are CNC cut in the middle layers to reduce weight, but the internal "web" maintains all the strength that would be present w/ a solid thickness. One-hand carry is quite easy and the adjustable aluminum legs allow lots of flexibility to get it level or even to shoot uphill or down, or adjust to uneven terrain. The integrated leg storage and hardware are also unique patented features.

What does it weigh? I didn't find that on the website.

Sorry for the late reply. The bench, with legs weighs 38-40#.
With the integrated carry handle, it balances quite well and carries easily.
