I set up my redding Ultramag press last night. My father and I built a new counter for the cabinets in my garage and I just got around to reloading last night. I mounted the press and noticed the ball on the end of the lever had cracked. I spent less than five minutes on the phone with redding today and they are mailing me a new piece. I wish all customer service and warranty claims were this easy. The service tech I spoke with even admitted they have had issues with those pieces. How often does that happen that a company admits a problem to customers? My experience is limited for warranty claims, but normally they tell you it was something you must have done. Anyways Im glad I have more of there products in case something else fails I know they will back it with no questions asked.
